Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: DPI at 4.7 against MagicResize's 4.2. DPI also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 89). MagicResize's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
