Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Hisee SE holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 2.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 25 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Cloud2 VMS's written reviews are positive against 3% of Hisee SE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Cloud2 VMS ships an update every 5 months, Hisee SE every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
