Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: RC at 5.0 against Rx Drone's 2.4. RC also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). Rx Drone's advantage is ratings volume (137 vs 3) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
