Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Rx Drone at 2.4 against SENTRY Drone's 1.8. Rx Drone also leads on ratings volume (137 vs 4). SENTRY Drone's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 20%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Rx Drone holds the better App Store score, 2.4 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rx Drone has 137 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Rx Drone's written reviews are positive against 33% of SENTRY Drone's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Rx Drone ships an update every 5 weeks, SENTRY Drone monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and August 14, 2026 respectively.
