Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Elevated Macros at none against Power Sync for Fitbit's 4. Elevated Macros also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 20%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Power Sync for Fitbit's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 2) and rating (4.2 vs 4.0). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Power Sync for Fitbit holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Power Sync for Fitbit has 16K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Power Sync for Fitbit's written reviews are positive against 50% of Elevated Macros's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Power Sync for Fitbit ships an update every 2 months, Elevated Macros every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 17, 2026 respectively.
