Diese vereinfachte Kommunikation begleitet den Fahrer und die Disposition durch sämtliche Schritte des Einsatzes. Tritt der Fahrer seinen Dienst an und macht sich auf den Weg zum Kunden, informiert er den Disponenten darüber ebenso wie über Fahrtbeginn und Fahrtende.
