HSE Observer vs PACE HSE

Task observations are an excellent leading indicator for construction health and safety performance. This application is used to record, categorise and submit observations of safe and unsafe behaviours on specific Worley construction sites. Access is restricted to Worley, their customers and subcontractors. An “observation card” is filled out and submitted following the observation of a construction or maintenance activity. In most circumstances a conversation with the observed individuals should also occur. The card data is then collated, analysed and presented in a separate application. This application is for the exclusive use of Worley, their customers and their contractors.
