The easiest way to track your weight day by day. Set a healthy and realistic goal, if you’re looking to lose or gain a few pounds could be challenging. With this app, you can track your weight periodically and monitor your progress. Statistics and graphs will give you more insights, helping to reach your goals! You can set them by yourself, or ask for an advice to the app. In this case, it will take the suggested Body Mass Index (BMI), and then it will compute a possible weight and achievable date to reach it (Note: this does not substitute a professional medical advice). If you are on diet, the app could help you to collect data for your nutritionist or your dietitian. You can associate your blood pressure, waist, hip, daily activity and a note to each measured weight. You may also track multiple profiles, or use different profiles for different goals. The app offers: - Weight tracking - Support for multiple separate profiles - Custom color for different profiles - Storage and modification of the measures and dates - Metric (meters an kilograms) and imperial (pounds, feet and inches) measurement units - Computed Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist-Hip Ratio (WHR), and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) using different formulas - Statistics about weight variations and progress This app is not meant to serve as a source of clinical guidance and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are on diet, consulting a nutrition specialist may help you to define achievable and healthy goals.

About

Sakta Training

Features

Every training app promises fast results. Sakta doesn't. Sakta is an AI training coach that reads a year of your real Apple Health data — workouts, resting heart rate, sleep, HRV and VO₂max — and builds a plan from where you actually are, not where you wish you were. Then it adapts to what you really did. SLOWLY, SURELY, ALL THE WAY The safety rules live in the engine, not the marketing: • Weekly volume rises gradually: as a rule no more than 10% a week, or 5% when returning from injury • Lighter recovery weeks, typically after every 3–4 weeks of training • Base first, intensity later, and no more than two hard sessions a week • If your goal doesn't fit your timeline, Sakta says so and offers a realistic alternative. If it's far out of reach, it won't build the plan A COACH YOU ACTUALLY TALK TO Ask anything, any time: "What's tomorrow's workout?" or "I only slept five hours — should I train?" Sakta answers from your real plan, workouts and recovery data, and remembers your preferences, injuries and constraints. Once a day it also reviews your progress and speaks up when there's something worth saying. BUILT ON YOUR HEALTH DATA, NOT A QUESTIONNAIRE Most apps start with a form. Sakta starts with a year of your history: your real weekly volume, your resting heart rate trend, your sleep. No Apple Watch? You still get a full plan. EVERY GOAL, NOT JUST RUNNING First 5K · 10K · half marathon · marathon · sprint to full-distance triathlon · swim endurance · cycling endurance · building muscle · getting stronger · calisthenics · strength and endurance together · general fitness · weight loss · returning from injury · health and energy. YOU'RE IN CHARGE OF THE PLAN Move or skip a workout on the plan screen, or ask in chat to add or change one. The coach makes the change, rebalances the week and explains what changed. Rules you set ("no swimming in the first month") are treated as binding. When a change would break the safety limits, Sakta tells you why. APPLE WATCH Today's workout on your wrist, with stages, heart-rate zones and exercises. Log strength sets with a rest timer; they sync to your iPhone. Record today's run, ride, walk, strength or mobility session and choose whether to save it to Apple Health. Sakta can also add your next seven days of workouts to Apple's Workout app. NUTRITION GUIDANCE Once your plan is approved, the coach can build a nutrition plan to match: a few questions (diet type, kosher or halal, allergies, meals, cooking time), daily calorie and protein targets from a standard formula and your training, and a menu of real dishes with ingredients and alternatives. Log meals with a tap or in chat. The guidance is general and doesn't replace a dietitian; with a food allergy, always check the ingredients yourself. IT TRACKS ITSELF Workouts arrive automatically through Apple Health and are analyzed against the plan shortly after you finish. Charts show your imported year and today on one timeline: volume by sport, resting heart rate, VO₂max, weight, sleep and training load. HEBREW AND ENGLISH Full right-to-left support; the coach writes in the app's language. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Export your data as JSON or delete your account permanently from Settings. Health data is used only for your coaching — never sold, never used for advertising. The coach runs on an AI model, and nothing of yours is sent to it until you agree. Sakta is Swedish for "slowly". Sakta men säkert — slowly but surely. Sakta is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a physician or a certified coach. Consult a doctor before starting a training program, especially if you are over 40 or have an existing medical condition. Training is at your own risk.
