Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Riot Mobile at 4.7 against Gamakna's 4.1. Riot Mobile also leads on ratings volume (14K vs 11) and chart position (#137 vs unranked). Gamakna's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Riot Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Riot Mobile has 14K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Riot Mobile's written reviews are positive against 39% of Gamakna's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
