Built for commercial pools. Pool Chemical Logbook is the professional logbook & calculator for hotels, HOAs, apartments, health clubs, and facilities —and it works great for homes, too. Record daily chemistry, see LSI instantly, compute exact product-based doses, and export inspector-ready monthly PDF logbooks. The app runs offline on-site and syncs to the cloud when you’re back online. Why operators choose it: - Code-friendly monthly logbook: Clear, inspector-ready PDF reports many cities expect you to keep on file. - Owner → Member Collaboration: Invite staff or team members to share a property with clear roles. Owners can delegate read-only or editing rights, switch between Owner and Member views, and keep all pools & spas under one shared cloud logbook. - Graph Readings & Trends: Visualize your chemistry history with clear, color-coded graphs for pH, chlorine, alkalinity, temperature, and more—making it easy to spot changes before they become problems. - Code-friendly monthly logbook: Clear, inspector-ready PDF reports that many cities expect you to keep on file. - Offline-first: Keep logging and editing with no internet; your data syncs automatically when service returns. - Commercial focus: Multiple pools/spas per property, fast entry, initials/notes, and correction workflows. - Exact dosing, fewer callbacks: Product-aware math shows side-effects (e.g., dichlor adds CYA, cal-hypo adds CH) so you don’t over-correct. What you can do: 1- Log pools & spas fast pH, Free/Combined Chlorine (FC/CC), Total Alkalinity (TA), Calcium Hardness (CH), Stabilizer/CYA, TDS, Temperature, Flow, and Filter PSI. 2- See LSI live Color-coded Langelier Saturation Index with a pointer—spot corrosive/balanced/scale-forming water at a glance. 3- Calculate precise chemical doses - Raise FC: Liquid chlorine 12.5%, Cal-Hypo 67%, Dichlor 56%, Trichlor 90% - Lower/neutralize FC: Sodium thiosulfate, Sodium sulfite - Raise TA: Sodium bicarbonate, Soda ash, Sodium sesquicarbonate - Lower TA / pH: Muriatic acid 31.45%, Sodium bisulfate - Raise CH: Calcium chloride 100% / 77% - Raise CYA: Cyanuric acid Each option shows realistic side-effects and scales to your volume (US or metric). 4- Export inspector-ready monthly PDFs One tap to generate professional summaries for audits, city/health reviews, or management reports. 5- Targets & guided corrections Set your desired ranges and get step-by-step help to bring water back into balance. 6- Graph your readings (new!) Review recent days, weeks, or months of chemistry in interactive charts for smarter water-quality management. 7- Units your team expects Gallons/Liters, °F/°C, and smart dose units (fl oz / gal / oz / lb or mL / L / g / kg). Offline + cloud = reliable operations: - Works anywhere: Logging, editing, and reviewing continue without internet. - Automatic sync: When the device is online, the app syncs changes to your account for backup and device upgrades. - Inspector-ready always: Your monthly logbooks are available on device and as PDFs you can email or archive.
