The clearest difference is rating: Analog Rack Chorus at 5.0 against Horn Section HD Light's 1.0. Analog Rack Chorus also leads on ratings volume (17 vs 1). Horn Section HD Light's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 15). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
