Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: LockNote at 4.8 against 日记365's 3.0. LockNote also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 50%) and ratings volume (13 vs 1). 日记365's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 15.0). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
