Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: EasyFileManager at 5.0 against اقرأ's 4.2. EasyFileManager also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (100% vs 81%). اقرأ's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (6.2K vs 4). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

EasyFileManager holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: اقرأ has 6.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. اقرأ ships an update every 3 weeks, EasyFileManager every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
