Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Ruler at 2.6 against 磁力宅智存's 1.0. Ruler also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (40 vs 7). 磁力宅智存's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 磁力宅智存 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Ruler asks for nothing beyond the download.
Ruler holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ruler has 40 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Ruler's written reviews are positive against 59% of 磁力宅智存's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Ruler ships an update every 5 months, 磁力宅智存 every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
