Take back control, one day at a time This app was designed to support anyone who wants to overcome an addiction, whatever it may be. More than a simple counter, it is a true sobriety companion, built to support you every day — in both good moments and challenging ones. From the home screen, a sober day counter lets you instantly visualize your progress. Every day matters, and every step forward is recognized. Personalized and motivating tracking Set your personal goals and track your physical and mental progress week after week. The app helps you better understand the positive impact of sobriety on your body and mind, while keeping you motivated with a point system earned through sobriety milestones. A dedicated space provides a complete overview of your addiction, along with a clear history of your journey, helping you stay aware of your progress. Understanding, not judging Because relapse can be part of the process, a “Relapse” button allows you to record the exact date and time, along with notes to identify causes and triggers. All relapses are saved in a detailed history, helping you recognize patterns and move forward with clarity — without guilt. A “Craving” button also lets you log moments of intense urges, so you can better understand when and why they occur. Never face it alone The community section offers a safe and supportive space to share thoughts, doubts, and emotions with others going through similar experiences. A place for connection, encouragement, and understanding. A red emergency support button is always accessible: in just two clicks, you can contact a support center or an expert to talk about your addiction whenever help is urgently needed. Share your victories The app also allows you to generate and share a screenshot of your progress, making it easy to send to loved ones and celebrate every milestone together. CONTROL+ Go further The CONTROL+ premium subscription unlocks advanced tools for those who want to deepen their recovery journey: An intelligent heatmap showing every time you experienced cravings A real-time graph tracking urges throughout the day and highlighting high-risk periods A personal journal to freely write your thoughts and emotions The ability to add images in the community section A directory of nearby support locations (centers, associations, professionals) Because every day counts This app doesn’t promise perfection — it offers structured, compassionate, and human support. It’s here to help you understand yourself better, recover, and move forward at your own pace.
