It enables us to broadcast operas from La Scala, Covent Garden, Metropolitan Opera and the other leading world theaters. In the area of classical music our radio station presents Russia in UNESCO. Our representatives participate in the jury of the International Classical Music Awards.  Radio station “Orpheus” is part of a large musical union - Russian State Musical TV and Radio centre which incorporates several ensembles: Symphony Orchestra of  “Orpheus” radio station,  Yuri Silantiev Academic Grand Concert Orchestra, Academic Grand Choir “Masters of Choral Singing”, Folk Academic Choir of Traditional Russian Song and some others.
