myBBBell is the free application reserved for BBBell customers that allows you to monitor the status of your services anywhere and at any time directly from your smartphone or tablet. To access the app you only need to enter your credentials (user ID and password). In case of new registration in addition to the user ID and password you will be asked to enter the customer code and token received in the welcome email. With myBBell you can: - View and modify user profile data - View customer master data - Check the status of the activated service(s) - Activate new services - View current offers and promotions - Access confidential offers and promotions - Check and download invoices - Check payment status - Paying invoices - Update payment details - Monitor telephone traffic - View and sign your documents - Search for the nearest store - Open a customer service online ticket and monitor its status - Manage BBBell SIMs
