「電子表格申請」簡稱「eForm」，是澳門郵電局電子認證部門推出的電子表格申請及審批應用程式；用戶透過此應用程式，可以方便地進行表格的申請及審批程序。 “Electronic Form Application” abbreviated as “eForm”, it is an Electronic Form Application/Approval application program offered by CTT eSignTrust department. User can take advantage of this application for applying eForm more easily. Furthermore, the approval procedures will also be simplified through this application.

e-Form is an end-to-end solution that provides a secure, efficient, and effective way for electronic form submission and handling. it directly connects end users to the enterprise processing system without the need for an intermediary. It is a non-proprietary implementation based on open standards such as XML, PKI, SOAP, and JAVA, providing low-risk commitment on technology and cost-effective investment in supporting interoperability with other systems. e-Form Filler is a tool for users to fill in an electronic form. When a user opens an e-Form file, he/she can verify the digital signatures on the form by a single button click. The user can save forms together with the data entered anytime for record keeping purposes. Other basic operations such as section-based digital signing, data encryption and decryption, signature verification, file attachment, and form printing are also supported.
