Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: SBN NOW at every 6 weeks against Our Redemption's every 22 months. SBN NOW also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 7). Our Redemption's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Our Redemption holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SBN NOW has 1.4K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. SBN NOW ships an update every 6 weeks, Our Redemption every 22 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
