Mit der Proffix Time App erfasst jeder Mitarbeiter auf seinem mobilen Gerät einfach und vorschriftsgemäss seine Arbeitsstunden, Pausen und Ferien. Die App zeigt den aktuellen Status (ein- oder ausgestempelt) sowie die Stundeninfo, welche einen schnellen Überblick zum Stundensaldo sowie zu den Soll- und Ist-Stunden pro Tag, Woche und Monat bietet. Mit den übersichtlichen Charts ist auf den ersten Blick erkennbar, wie sich die bereits gearbeiteten Stunden auf den Tag, die Woche und den Monat auswirken. Stunden und Zeiträume können effizient erfasst und Ferien von Mitarbeitern beantragt werden. Diese Stundenanträge können von den Vorgesetzten direkt über die App geprüft und genehmigt oder abgelehnt werden. Jederzeit können die erfassten Stunden eingesehen und geändert werden. Einfache Such-, Filter- und Sortierfunktionen helfen, den gespeicherten Eintrag schnell zu finden und zu editieren. Proffix Time ist die optimale Ergänzung zur ERP Business Software Proffix Px5. Die über die App erfassten Daten werden ohne weitere Arbeitsschritte automatisch in die Software übertragen und stehen dort direkt in der Px5 Zeitverwaltung und auch in der Px5 Lohnbuchhaltung für Auswertungen etc. zur Verfügung. Die Stundenabrechnungen sind so im Handumdrehen erledigt. Um Proffix Time zu nutzen, ist eine Proffix REST API (ab Version 4.23.1) erforderlich.
