How to use the app: The app is easy to navigate with the following main menu options: Trip History Create Claims Account You can easily manage the trips recorded in the history. When you've finished a trip, you can easily approve it by swiping to the right. The trip will then be archived or become part of an ongoing claim. Claims can also be created from the app, and you can submit them for approval, generate them as PDFs in the app, or send them via email. Key features of the app: If you have an Autogear GPS device, your trips will be automatically imported into the app, and you can easily add or edit the following details: Work or private driving Driver information Purpose Project name Toll costs Trailer usage Number of passengers Driving on forest roads Automations and rules: There are also optional settings that can be configured through the web application at app.autogear.no. These settings will affect how trips are finalized in the app and what drivers are required to do.
