Access essential fleet information while on the go with the GPS Insight Manager app. As a GPS Insight customer, easily interact with your fleet through maps, messaging, filters, and vehicle information all from the convenience of your iOS device. The GPS Insight Manager app puts fleet vehicle information and driver activity at your fingertips, empowering you to manage your fleet away from the office. Primary features include: · Map – View vehicle details and history trails on a map. · Messaging – Call or message a driver/vehicle. · Vehicles – View vehicle details in list format. · Landmarks – View landmarks and closest vehicles to them. Please Note: The data in your GPS Insight Manager app is only accessible to users with a valid GPS Insight login (username and password combination). Your GPS Insight user profile determines your basic contact information and the vehicles, and groups you see. Simply use the same user credentials that you use to log into the web version of the GPS Insight portal. Manager may use GPS in the background to show your location relative to your fleet. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. The app attempts to do this in the most efficient manner possible to retain battery life.
RoundOps

RoundOps keeps recurring field-service crews and managers on the same live schedule—whether the work is lawn care, snow and ice, pest control, fertilization, pool service, cleaning, inspections, or another repeating route. Each crew gets its own route page in driving order, with client names, tappable map addresses, service types, permanent property instructions, visit notes, and photos. Crews can complete a stop, document concerns, attach camera or photo-library evidence, report an incident, and keep working through weak service. Managers can add accepted work to the right day and route position, move unfinished stops forward as priority work, choose the destination crew, arrange that day’s exact driving order, manage team access, review incidents, and review monthly client activity with completion times. Highlights: • Multiple recurring service types in one workspace • Separate crew route pages in exact driving order • Monday-through-Sunday scheduling • Live shared updates and optional generic route-change alerts • Offline-safe completions, notes, incident reports, and multi-photo evidence • Searchable role-aware Help Center with dozens of built-in answers • Apple Maps and Google Maps navigation • Server-recorded completion dates and times • Selectable unfinished-stop carryover with a manager-chosen date and crew • Exact one-day driving-order controls • Manager quick-add and route placement • Client search and monthly proof-of-service reports • Import your client list from a photo, spreadsheet, or PDF • Manager-assigned Crew and Management permissions • Reusable, revocable device access without ChatGPT • Privacy-safe connection and reliability diagnostics • In-app permanent account deletion Getting started: a business owner opens a company in the app and gets a 7-day free trial. Managers and crews join by invitation and never pay. RoundOps Team subscription: after the free trial, the company owner subscribes for $29 per month or $249 per year (auto-renewable, includes 15 people; each additional user is $7 per month). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
