Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: TeslaSCADA2 Runtime at 100% against Endress+Hauser SmartBlue's 57%. Endress+Hauser SmartBlue's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Endress+Hauser SmartBlue holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Endress+Hauser SmartBlue has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Endress+Hauser SmartBlue's written reviews are positive against 100% of TeslaSCADA2 Runtime's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Endress+Hauser SmartBlue ships an update every 2 months, TeslaSCADA2 Runtime every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
