The objective of this game is very simple: do NOT be the one to take the last rock. This can be very tricky and deceivingly hard. The rules are also very basic: you must take at least one rock every turn, and you may not take rocks from two separate rows in the same turn. Try not to get stuck between a rock and a hard spot!
FourInLine

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: FourInLine at 5.0 against The Rock Game's 4.6. The Rock Game's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.2 vs 17.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
FourInLine holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Rock Game has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
