The clearest difference is price: Pulse Camera Control at Free against My Camera Collection's $0.99. Pulse Camera Control also leads on ratings volume (23 vs 1). My Camera Collection's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
