Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TP at 2.3 against 地震预警's 1.0. TP also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (59 vs 1). 地震预警's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
