Esta es la app exclusiva para usuarios de UFD Distribución Electricidad, S.A., la solución más sencilla para realizar todas las consultas y gestiones de tus suministros y expedientes con el móvil. Te ofrecemos un nuevo diseño que se adapta a tus necesidades, con el que puedes: - Consultar tu consumo eléctrico diario, mensual o por horas. - Conocer la comparación entre la potencia eléctrica que tienes contratada en tu factura eléctrica y la que realmente utilizas, con recomendaciones para que puedas ajustarla y ahorrar en tu suministro. - Consultar la información y datos técnicos sobre tus suministros. - Consultar el estado del contador y reactivar el Interruptor de Control de Potencia si está inactivo. - Solicitar una nueva conexión a la red para consumo, generación o autoconsumo y seguir todo el expediente desde el móvil. - Hacer seguimiento de tus consultas y peticiones, con la posibilidad de enviar y recibir mensajes relacionados con cada una de ellas. Con esta app, tienes la posibilidad de activar notificaciones para que te avisemos de los servicios que más te interesan: - Cuando se haya generado el CUPS de tu solicitud de suministro. - Cuando tengas pendiente comunicar la fecha de finalización de tus instalaciones particulares en una solicitud. - Cuando tengas pendiente comunicar la nueva fecha de finalización de tus instalaciones particulares tras la resolución de anomalías. Además, puedes activar el acceso con biometría, para que puedas entrar con tu huella o reconocimiento facial.
