Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Turtle Soup at 5.0 against 전교1등퀴즈's 4.4. Turtle Soup also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs monthly) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). 전교1등퀴즈's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (26 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 전교1등퀴즈 sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Turtle Soup sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Turtle Soup holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 전교1등퀴즈 has 26 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of 전교1등퀴즈's written reviews are positive against 92% of Turtle Soup's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
전교1등퀴즈 ships an update monthly, Turtle Soup every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
