Contacts: When the user clicks on a contact, the app redirects to the dial pad with the contact number already pasted. The user can then simply click on the dial/call icon to make the call. Locations: We record location information to geotag the events captured, based on the business needs of the client. We capture location data to geo stamp the events captured by the mobile app and to ensure the safety of employees by reporting the location to their respective organizations. Microphone: This permission allows the app to capture speech for text conversion, upload videos, etc. based on the client’s business requirements.
