In daily life, you can fill out electronic logs anytime and anywhere. This app can fill out and view the setted questionnaire at any time, and remind oneself according to the setted filling time. At the same time, you can manually generate an unplanned questionnaire to fill out, which can be used to improve the recording of incomplete issues when unknown events occur.
