Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Card Pix at 100% against Deques's 33%. Card Pix also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). Deques's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Card Pix sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Deques asks for nothing beyond the download.
Card Pix holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Deques ships an update every 4 months, Card Pix fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
