Verdict
The clearest difference is price: LevelMatePRO at Free against Ohio State Parks's $2.99. LevelMatePRO also leads on rating (3.0 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (143 vs 2). Ohio State Parks's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.1 vs 12.0). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.
