The Calling Tree puts emergency communications and business continuity information directly into the hands of your people. Send urgent communications to individuals, teams or your entire organisation using Push, SMS and Voice, with responses tracked so you can quickly see who has received and responded to a message. Messages can be prepared in advance through the secure web administration system or created directly within the app when an incident occurs. Flexible access levels allow authorised users across the organisation to communicate with the people and teams they are responsible for. Staff can check in during an incident, giving managers an immediate view of who is safe, who is available and who may need assistance. Each user has access to their own calling tree or call cascade, clearly showing who they are responsible for contacting and who is responsible for contacting them. Business continuity plans, emergency procedures, documents, maps and disaster recovery information can be distributed directly to users and centrally maintained by administrators. Crucially, key information is stored securely on the device, so essential plans and contact information remain available even when network connectivity is disrupted. Organisations can also allow users to maintain their own emergency contact details and communication preferences, with optional consent controls where required. The Calling Tree helps organisations communicate faster, account for their people and keep critical information available when normal operations are disrupted.
