Secret Flyer vs BASK

Search and compare flights from a wide range of airlines and travel agencies. As our network of partners continues to grow, you’ll have even more options to find and book the flight that best fits your trip.

BASK Concierge is the in-app companion for guests staying at BASK Gili Meno, a luxury resort on the smallest of Indonesia's Gili islands. The app is offered to you when you arrive. Once signed in, the team knows it's you on every message, every order, every request, so the back-and-forth disappears and the answer arrives. A direct line to the team Message the front of house, the kitchen, the spa, or the activities desk from anywhere on the island. We reply quickly, usually within a few minutes. Order food and drink to where you are Order from the BASK kitchen, the beach club bar, the restaurant, the juice bar, all in one menu, all delivered to your villa or your sun bed. Scan the small BASK tag at your spot and the team finds you. Book activities and the spa Browse the experiences curated for the island, snorkelling at The Nest, jet ski, diving, gym, donkey cart rides at sunset, and book without a phone call. The same screen reserves your massage, picks the time, and confirms it on our service calendar so there's no double booking. Restock your mini bar, ask for anything A tap restocks the bar in your villa. Another tap sends a special request to the team. Set Do Not Disturb or Clean my room on the home screen and housekeeping reads it without a hangtag. Quiet, by design The app shows what you need and steps back. Your dietary preferences sync between your guest record and the app, so the kitchen always sees the same information you do. BASK Concierge is offered to in-house guests during their stay at BASK Gili Meno. To use the app you need a reservation with us. If you have questions before you arrive, write to the team at baskgilimeno.com/contact.
