The Rib Fracture Frailty Index was developed to rapidly characterize baseline frailty of older adults (age ≥65 years) admitted with traumatic rib fractures. Users will be provided with a RFF score, risk of frailty (low, medium, high), and population-level estimates of rib fracture-specific outcomes based on baseline frailty. Disclaimer: Predicted risk should supplement, not replace, management decisions, which should be provider and hospital-specific. Please seek a doctor's advice before making any medical decisions.

Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: RFF Index at free against APSA Pediatric Surgery Library's free with in-app purchases. RFF Index also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 8 months). APSA Pediatric Surgery Library's advantage is ratings volume (205 vs 2) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
