Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: VB3m at 78% against Dexibell VIVO Editor's 25%. VB3m also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 7 months) and chart position (#177 vs unranked). Dexibell VIVO Editor's advantage is price (Free vs $14.99) and rating (4.8 vs 4.4). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Dexibell VIVO Editor is free to download; VB3m costs $14.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Dexibell VIVO Editor holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VB3m has 41 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Dexibell VIVO Editor's written reviews are positive against 78% of VB3m's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Dexibell VIVO Editor ships an update every 7 months, VB3m fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
