Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: MisCon at none against Pets UP!'s shown. MisCon also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 19 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Pets UP!'s advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
