Golf is a mental game. Now you can train it. Every golfer knows the feeling. Your swing is fine on the range, then you get to the first tee and your head takes over. Strokes Brained Golf helps you train the part of your game that quietly costs you the most strokes. It's not another swing-tip app. It's built around how you actually think and play. REFLECT AFTER EVERY ROUND Log your score and the "mental shots lost" you left out there, then jot down a quick reflection on how you handled yourself. It only takes a couple of minutes, and over time it shows you exactly where your head helps you and where it hurts you. THE M³ TRIANGLE Check in on the three sides of your mental game: Mindset, Mentality, and Management. It's quick and simple, and it starts to reveal the patterns behind your best rounds and your blowups. YOUR AI MENTAL-GAME COACH Get coaching insights built from your own rounds and reflections, and talk things through with an AI coach that actually sounds like a good sports psychologist instead of a cliché. Work through the nerves, the focus, the frustration, and the confidence in plain language. TRACK REAL PROGRESS Watch your trends over time, earn a personalized player grade, and unlock milestones as your mental game gets sharper. PRE-ROUND TIPS AND REMINDERS Set a key mental cue to land right before your tee time, plus a friendly nudge to reflect after you play, so the good habits actually stick. WHO IT'S FOR Whether you're chasing your first round in the 80s or you're already competing at a high level, the mental game is the edge that separates good from great. Now you can train it like the rest of your game. Train your brain, up your game. Strokes Brained Golf provides educational and informational content only.
