Do Habits guides you in building healthy habits by helping you set goals, track your progress and motivates you to get them done. Unlike so many other habit apps, Do Habits lets you set a goal and track it MULTIPLE times a day, not just one time per day. Do Habits will help you build great new habits and break existing bad ones. After setting tangible daily or weekly goals, Do Habits will help you track your habits and tell you when you've met your goal. Do Habits also keeps track of Streaks when you've met your goals in consecutive periods — and with Skip Days and Vacation Mode, a rest day or a trip away won't break your streak. The FREE version of Do Habits allows you to create up to 3 habits. For more than 3, you'll need to upgrade to the Premium Version. Do Habits Features: • Allows you to set and track goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis • Lets you set a goal for MULTIPLE times a day, not just once like most habit apps • Totally customizable habit display (icons and colors) - you choose what will motivate you! • Daily journal lets you keep notes about your habit • Fun color options and icons let you customize your list • Easy to edit activities in the past • Skip Days & Vacation Mode protect your streaks when life gets busy • Multiple reminders for each habit • Exportable CSV data with totals and time stamps • Passcode protection with FaceID/TouchID • Track activity with Apple Watch or Home Screen Widget • iCloud and Dropbox data backup • Shortcuts and Siri Integration Do Habits also integrates with Apple HealthKit. This lets you set and track goals automatically based on your activity. Ex. if you want to build a new great habit of getting more steps every day, our HealthKit integration will help you with this by attributing your steps data from HealthKit directly to your steps habit. Building amazing new habits has never been easier! Do Habits PREMIUM: • Unlimited habits/goals. Do Habits contains optional subscription plans. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the chosen plan's price. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes/App Store Account Settings after purchase. About

FocusWing

THIS IS YOUR TOOL, NOT YOUR PARENTS' FocusWing is the only focus timer that actually respects teen privacy. No blocking. No spyware. No surveillance. Just you building real focus habits—on your terms. HOW IT WORKS (IN 30 SECONDS) - Open the app, say what you are focusing on ("math homework," "study for bio test"), pick 20 or 30 minutes - Put your phone face-down. If you pick it up, the timer pauses. No penalty—just no fake focus time - Only real, face-down focus counts. You either focus or the timer does not run. It is that honest - See your streaks, progress, and earned minutes. Share with your parents if you want—or do not TEENS: HERE IS WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT - One hundred percent free. No ads, no limited features, no subscription. Ever. - We literally cannot spy on you. We don't track your apps, messages, browsing, or location. Our technology doesn't allow it. - You are in control. If your parent wants to see your focus minutes, they need a code from you. You choose what (if anything) to share. Revoke it anytime. - No shame, just data. Pick up your phone? Timer pauses. No judgment. Come back and finish when you are ready. PARENTS: IF YOU ARE READING THIS We built FocusWing because we were tired of being the phone police. Our daughter Jacqueline was taking 3 hours to do 30 minutes of homework. Screen time limits turned into daily fights. Nothing worked—until she had a tool that made her want to focus. THIS IS NOT A PARENTAL CONTROL APP We don't block apps. We don't monitor activity. We don't read messages. That would destroy trust. Instead: - Jacqueline uses FocusWing for free. She builds awareness of her own focus habits - If she wants to share progress, she gives you a code. You can't request it—she initiates it - You see only what she chooses: Total focus minutes, active days, streaks, weekly summaries - You never see: Apps used, websites visited, messages, screen activity, or what she is working on - Code expires in 7 days. She must actively re-share, keeping her in control WHAT YOU WILL SEE WHEN SHE SHARES Example: "Jacqueline focused for 45 minutes this week. She was active 5 days and is on a 3-day streak. Yesterday she worked on homework for 8 minutes." That is it. No surveillance. Just enough insight to stop the nagging and start the conversations. KEY FEATURES - Face-down detection - Timer only runs when phone is face-down. Cannot be faked - Teen-controlled sharing - Parents see only what teens want to share - Privacy-first architecture - We do not collect data we could share even if we wanted to - Progress tracking - Streaks, active days, weekly summaries - One hundred percent free for teens - No ads, no subscriptions, no catches - Up to 3 teens - One parent account ($4.99 per week) can connect multiple teens HOW TO GET STARTED For Teens: - Download for free. Start a session. Put your phone face-down. That is it. For Parents: - Download the app (optional—you can also just use the website) - Ask your teen to share their progress (or subscribe to Parent Access for $4.99 per week if they haven't shared yet) - Enter the 6-digit code they give you - View their progress and start having real conversations about focus QUESTIONS? Email us at support@focuswing.org. We actually read every message.
