Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Door at free against SkyBuilder's free with in-app purchases. SkyBuilder's advantage is ratings volume (28 vs 5) and iOS requirement (8.1 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SkyBuilder sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Door sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for SkyBuilder against 4.8 for Door. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SkyBuilder has 28 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
