The clearest difference is rating: Pushers Watches at 3.6 against Ω SCANNER's 2.3. Pushers Watches also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Pushers Watches holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 31 and 41 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Ω SCANNER's written reviews are positive against 29% of Pushers Watches's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Ω SCANNER ships an update every 4 months, Pushers Watches fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on August 28, 2026 and September 3, 2026 respectively.
