LaundryEasy is a premium laundry and dry cleaning provider in India. We have our industry class outlets across different parts of India. As a part of the service, customer raises the pickup request after signing with us. Customer raises request by specifying the date, time, services and with any special instructions to be followed as part of the service. After our central team accepts the request, our rider will go to customer place at requested time, and collect all the garments from customer. Immediately he generate the invoice / bill and forward them same to customer through Whatsapp. Here onwards, customer check the status of the order until (s)he receives the garments back. At factory our team update the order with the latest status, which eventually communicated to the customer. Customer can check the overall due amount, latest order status, and reward points gained over the period of time etc. He can update the address and other communication details in the app.
