The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Cascade Manor at none against Text App's 7. Cascade Manor also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Text App's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (3.5K vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
