Mandata Manifests vs DFDS

Send digital manifest details direct from your Mandata TMS to your drivers’ Smartphone or Tablet device and receive job status updates in real-time with Mandata’s Driver Manifest App. This innovative application gives your drivers full visibility of their day-to-day schedules, keeping you in the loop at all times with automatic updates made in your Mandata TMS. With additional functionality for capturing images of non-conformance, returning POC and POD details and taking sign-on-glass signatures, go paperless with the Driver Manifest App to help streamline your admin processes. With the Driver Manifest App, your drivers can: • Access Manifest information relating to jobs allocated to them or their vehicle • Update the job status in real-time • ‘Scan’ POD paperwork using the mobile device camera - an image of the POD is then saved to the Mandata TMS and Web Services Customer Portal • Take sign-on-glass signatures • Select non-conformance codes to add to the job details and capture images using the device camera as evidence of non-conformance jobs. These details are then updated in the Mandata TMS and Web Services Customer Portal Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
