Ứng dụng hỗ trợ cho các khách hàng sử dụng điện 07 tỉnh, thành phố khu vực miền Trung - Tây Nguyên từ Quảng Trị đến Khánh Hoà. Các chức năng chính của ứng dụng bao gồm: Thông báo: Hệ thống sẽ chủ động gửi tin nhắn xuống ứng dụng khi có thông báo về tiền điện, lịch cắt điện, sự cố mất điện, ...
