Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Muqabla at 100% against Current Affairs Made Easy's 50%. Muqabla also leads on rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Current Affairs Made Easy sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 6 months and Muqabla sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Muqabla holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Muqabla has 27 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Current Affairs Made Easy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Muqabla's.
Current Affairs Made Easy ships an update every 27 months, Muqabla weekly. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
