AFM Driver is an add–on feature for trucking companies using AFM Suite (www.afm2020.com) TMS software. Drivers will receive dispatch instructions & alerts, update job status, exchange documents (BOL/POD) and photo inspections, chat with dispatchers, and have a complete overview of their trips and payments. AFM Suite users are able to easily communicate with drivers using the built-in chat feature and stay up to date with the driver's live location (Location services should be enabled). We've made a huge effort to automate the shipment update process. The driver app goes hand in hand with the AFM TMS Pro platform, all updates are transmitted to your dashboard and customer email – Minute by minute GPS location interval, shipment notes, shipment check-in/out, bill of lading data (pieces, qty, weight) and high-quality document scanning with image compression techniques.
