Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 康是美網購 eShop at 4.7 against 3M官方旗艦店's 4.4. 康是美網購 eShop also leads on ratings volume (365 vs 19) and update cadence (every 11 days vs monthly). 3M官方旗艦店's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (60% vs 51%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
康是美網購 eShop holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 康是美網購 eShop has 365 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of 康是美網購 eShop's written reviews are positive against 60% of 3M官方旗艦店's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
康是美網購 eShop ships an update every 11 days, 3M官方旗艦店 monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
