Daimoku Counter helps you keep your daimoku record book. It counts your daimoku based on the pace you set (1,000 daimoku = X minutes) and keeps a record. Counter - Choose between a countdown timer and a count-up timer - Set how long 1,000 daimoku takes, and the timer gives you an approximate count - Pace can be set from "1,000 daimoku = 10 minutes" to "1,000 daimoku = 30 minutes" - Your chanting can be saved to your total in units of 1,000 - Choose automatic or manual saving - Pacemaker: keeps your rhythm with vibration, sound, or light - Ring the bell For a more accurate count, the app includes the pacemaker and buttons to adjust the count up or down. You can also add records manually in units of 1,000. To help you focus on chanting, this app does not run in the background. If the app stops, you switch to another app, or you answer a phone call, the timer and count will stop. In that case, return to the app and start the timer again. Your count is saved when the timer stops, so it may not be recorded if the app quits unexpectedly or your battery runs out. Because electronic records can be lost, we recommend using this app as a helper alongside a paper record book. Prayer List - Organize prayers into three types: Ongoing, Period, and Goal - Note start and end dates, purpose, goal, and actions - See how much daimoku you have chanted since each prayer began Chanting History - Look back with a list, a calendar, and monthly, yearly, and total charts - Chanting summary: days recorded, daily average, and more - Add and edit records manually Gongyo - Shows the Hoben and Juryo chapters with furigana - The silent prayers can be displayed by importing the PDF published on the Soka Gakkai official website Other - Weekly alarm: reminds you on the days and times you choose, with a passage from the Gosho - Today's Gosho - Theme colors and background images - App icon badge showing your total (in thousands) We hope this app helps encourage your daily practice. * All copyrighted works included in this app are in the public domain or royalty-free. The silent prayers are displayed only from the PDF that you import yourself from the official website.

The Daimoku is the source of life force; with every chant, our life wells up infinitely. Daimoku Passbook is a practice journal made for the chanting and prayer of Soka Gakkai (SGI) members. From today onward, turn each day's chanting into visible progress, set a mighty vow, and advance toward victory—chant together, win together. In the shared struggle of comrades, we are never alone. ■ Chanting Log & Timer A focused chanting timer that automatically records each session when you finish. A calendar heatmap shows your daily totals at a glance, by "time" or by "count" as you prefer, so your growth is something you can witness. ■ Gongyo Recitation Recite the Hoben and Jigage passages with kana or romaji shown for every character. Choose a horizontal or vertical layout and adjust the text size; open it mid-session and the timer keeps running. ■ Prayer Goals Create, edit, reorder, and archive your prayer goals. Keep them private, or make them public to share with friends—turn faith into concrete wishes and action. On the chanting page you can choose which cards appear, drag to reorder them, and tap one to read it in full. ■ 1M Daimoku Challenge Vow to chant a million daimoku and watch a 100-cell board fill in: every 10,000 chants lights one cell, right there on the chanting page. Each completed round is archived automatically as a keepsake. ■ Collection Cards Your chanting earns collection cards: 150 illustrated cards from the 28 chapters of the Lotus Sutra and the 122 chapters of The New Human Revolution. Trade with friends to complete each set. ■ Chanting Groups Form chanting groups with friends and accumulate the group's chant count together. Set shared chanting items, see each member's contribution and presence, and unite the strength of the shared struggle. ■ Friends & Chanting Together Add fellow members as friends to encourage one another and share goals. While you chant, see everyone chanting at that very moment. You are never alone on the path forward. ■ Community Feed Share moments from your practice, reply to one another, like and bookmark posts. Attach photos or a video, and translate anything you can't read into your own language with one tap. Switch the feed between World and Friends, Latest and Popular. Community guidelines, reporting and blocking keep the space respectful. ■ Practice Achievement Share Card Turn your chanting into a beautiful card with a heatmap calendar to share with family and friends. Pick the stats period and post or story size, or hide your photo and name to share anonymously. ■ Daily Reminders & Anniversaries Set daily chanting reminders (multiple reminders, on the days of the week you choose) and mark meaningful anniversaries, so your habit endures and its meaning lasts. ■ Dark Mode & Multiple Languages Supports dark and light themes, and is available in 12 languages. ■ Try Without Signing In Start as a guest to try the app, then link an account later to fully keep all your records. ■ Premium Subscription With Premium: ad-free practice, chanting time that keeps counting even with the app closed, and more.
