I made this because too many workout apps seemed to expect a full performance review every time I exercised. Some days I want detailed stats. Most days I just want to mark that I worked out and get on with my life. That's what I made this for. If you exercised, log the day and what you did. If you missed a day, that's fine. Open the calendar again tomorrow. Tap a day to log an exercise or two and see how close you are to your yearly goal. As you log more, the app starts suggesting the activities you usually do, so most days take a couple of taps. If you already track workouts on your Apple Watch or in another app, they can show up here on their own. Turn on Apple Health in settings and the days you exercised appear in the calendar, counting toward your yearly goal, without retyping anything. It only reads from Health, and everything still stays on your iPhone. It's simple, but it still covers the basics. Open a logged day to review or edit it, add another exercise, jot down a short note, or delete it if you tapped the wrong day. You can log one exercise or several in the same session, and activities from your own history show up as soon as you start typing. The suggestions adapt to you. Your most common activity for that weekday is filled in automatically, familiar exercises sit underneath, and anything you haven't done in a few months drifts down the list. Mostly the calendar just lets you see how you're doing. If streaks keep you going, they're right there. If they don't, ignore them. The idea isn't to be perfect, it's to make it easy to keep track and easy to come back. I originally built it because my employer helped pay for workouts and wanted to see what I'd been doing. They no longer check, but I kept using it. Turns out it's just satisfying to watch the streaks build up on a quiet calendar. Everything stays deliberately simple: • Tap any day to log a workout in seconds • View and edit logged workouts instead of deleting them by accident • Log several exercises for the same day • Add a short note when you want the context • Get weekday suggestions based on what you usually do • Have your most common exercise filled in automatically • Autocomplete from your own history • Bring in workouts from Apple Health and Apple Watch automatically • Choose which Apple Health workout types count, and turn off the ones that aren't exercise to you • Let suggestions shift as your routine changes • Set a yearly goal from 1 to 365 workouts • See your progress fill a circular ring • Spot your rhythm and streaks in the calendar • Browse a clean month view and jump back to the current month anytime • Find today and your logged days at a glance • Generate a plain annual summary and share it • No account, no feed, no complicated setup • Your data stays on your iPhone It's a small exercise log from a solo developer who wanted a simpler, kinder way to keep track. No hype, and no pressure to turn into someone else.
